The number on the cheek pad set indicates the thickness in millimeters—thinner pads can be used to loosen the fit, thicker pads can be used to tighten it. All cheek pad sizes fit any X-Fifteen Helmet. To check the original size your helmet came with or to adjust the fit, reference the OEM sizing chart.
